Welcome to Ticket To Broadway (“TTB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using www.tickettobroadway.com (the “Site”), registering for events, creating an account, or participating in any Ticket To Broadway event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or participate in our events.

​Use of Website
This Site is intended for dance studios, dancers, parents, teachers, and industry professionals seeking information about and participation in Ticket To Broadway events.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security
• Upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Use the Site in a way that damages Ticket To Broadway or its users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms.

Event Registrations & Payments
All event registrations submitted through the Site are subject to approval and availability.
By registering for an event, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all published deadlines
• Submit required payments by the specified due dates
Entry fees, deposits, and payment schedules are outlined during registration and may vary by event.
Failure to submit payment by deadlines may result in removal from the event schedule.

​Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registration fees and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
In the event of:
Studio cancellation — refunds or credits, if any, are at the sole discretion of Ticket To Broadway.
Event cancellation due to force majeure (including but not limited to weather, venue closure, travel disruption, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control) — TTB may issue credits, partial refunds, or reschedule the event at its discretion.
Ticket To Broadway is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel costs, or other third-party expenses incurred by participants.

​Event Rules & Scoring
All participants agree to follow the official Ticket To Broadway Rules & Regulations, including performance guidelines, time limits, music policies, and conduct expectations.
Judging decisions are final.
Ticket To Broadway reserves the right to:
• Adjust scheduling as needed
• Disqualify entries that violate rules
• Modify event structure for operational or safety reasons​

​Awards, Scholarships & Prizes
Awards, scholarships, cash prizes, titles, and special recognitions (including the Golden Ticket Award and Elite Dancer Titles) are granted based on criteria established by TTB.
Prize distribution terms:
• Cash awards are issued to the registered studio unless otherwise specified
• Scholarships may be subject to expiration dates or usage conditions
• TTB reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to issuing awards
All awards are subject to verification and compliance with event rules.

Media Release & Content Usage
​
By participating in a Ticket To Broadway event, you grant TTB permission to photograph and record performances, participants, teachers, and studio representatives.
TTB may use photos and videos for:
• Promotional materials
• Social media
• Website content
• Marketing campaigns
All included photos and videos provided to studios remain the property of Ticket To Broadway unless otherwise stated.
Participants may repost media for personal and studio promotional use but may not sell, alter, or redistribute content for commercial resale without written permission.

User Accounts & Dashboard Access
If you create an account or access a dashboard:
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You agree not to share login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
TTB reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that misuse platform features, upload inappropriate content, or violate policies.

Intellectual Property
​
All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, event branding, text, design elements, and trademarks, is the property of Ticket To Broadway.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
​
Participation in dance events involves inherent risks.
By registering for or attending a Ticket To Broadway event, you acknowledge and accept that TTB is not responsible for:
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Travel disruptions
• Third-party vendor issues
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket To Broadway shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in events or use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticket To Broadway, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Violation of these Terms
• Participation in events
• Misuse of the Site
Privacy

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
