2021 LIMITLESS TOUR
We are committed to providing EVERY city with a TTB event in some capacity.

If an event is forced to a virtual format and you wish to not participate a 100% refund will be issued.

TTB TRIBE! We miss you so much! We appreciate all of your love and support while we have been working through the constant changes in our industry. We strive to bring the best event we can possibly produce in the safest way possible.
​
Closely following health procedures and guidelines will allow us to be able to offer the safest environment for all of our attendees. Since COVID-19 has affected areas differently, we are monitoring any and all government policy changes and will apply modifications as they become necessary. Local mandates may vary regionally. Not all procedures are required at every event and in some cases, more may be necessary. We are providing Tour-Wide & Select City protocols that will be taken each weekend. The outline for your city will be posted for studio directors 4 weeks prior to your event.

TOUR-WIDE
FACE COVERINGS
Face coverings are recommended for attendees while moving around the venue. The TTB staff will be required to wear face coverings.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS & ILLNESS
The TTB staff will receive temperature checks before departing for the event and each morning. Parents and dance teachers are encouraged to check the temperatures of their dancers in the same frequency. Anyone attending our events that is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please not attend the event. We will offer a full refund to any dancer that is unable to attend due to illness and provides a doctor's excuse.
LIMITED SPECTATORS
Some cities will have capacity mandates so we are recommending limited spectators for each dancer.
TTB STORE
Our merchandise will be on sale. Attendees will be unable to try on any merchandise prior to purchasing. All sales are final.
CLEANLINESS
The facility, stage floor, and equipment will undergo cleaning/sanitation throughout the day. Multiple hand sanitizer stations will be throughout the venue. We also encourage attendees to wash their hands frequently and bring their own hand sanitizer.
LIVE STREAMING
We will do our best to live stream all of our events, venue permitting. We encourage friends and family to watch when available.
SCORING
No points will be deducted for costumes including any protective equipment during performances.
AWARDS SESSIONS
Awards ceremonies will be structured depending on the individual mandates of each region.
SELECT CITIES
Anyone attending our events that is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please not attend the event. We will offer a full refund to any dancer that is unable to attend due to illness and provides a doctor's excuse.

SCHEDULING
We will schedule events in a block style. This allows a single or a few studios (depending on capacity mandates and studio sizes) in the building at one time throughout the weekend.
DRESSING ROOMS
Mandates including but not limited to: Socially distanced dressing rooms and individual studio dressing rooms.
In the event that one of our shows cannot be held at a physical venue, we are prepared to switch to a virtual format for your city. This format will be explained here in detail at a later date.
