Where is the location of the competition?

Visit our Tour Dates page and click the city you are attending. The venue and directions to the venue are on this page.

When does my dancer perform?

General schedules will be available on our website by clicking on the city you are attending. The general schedule is also available to all studio directors in our registration portal. Detailed competition schedules with times are sent to studio directors approximately 10 days prior to the event. Entry numbers are not assigned until the schedule has been finalized.

Do you accept Independent entries?

No we do not. However if a studio director would like to register your solo under their studio account, we can accept your entry.

My family would like to attend, is this allowed?

Yes! All of our competitions are open to the public.

When should I arrive at the competition?

We ask all dancers to be ready 1 hour prior to the start time of your dance. Please coordinate with your studio directors detailed schedule with times to find out when you should arrive.

How do I register a Photogenic Entry?

Anyone who is entering our photogenic category must have a recent 5x7 or 8x10 photograph in color or black and white. On the back of your photograph please have the models full name, studio name and birthdate/age written on the back. Please bring your photograph to the competition with a $50 payment. This payment can be made in cash or credit card. We ask that all photographs are submitted first thing on the first day of competition. If you cannot be there at that time, please have your photograph submitted by your studio director when they check in. We announce a 12 and under and a 13 and over winner, should there be contestants in each. Winners will be announced during their age divisions solo awards.

During The Competition

Is taking photos & video allowed?

Absolutely no photos or video are permitted to be taken during performances. This is for the safety of your children and protection of choreography. This rule is strictly enforced. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave. We have a professional media team at each event taking Photos and Videos of every performance. These photos and videos are available FREE to every dancer. This media will be sent to studio directors within 14 days of the end of the competition to share will all of the dancers and families, free of charge. Videos and photos CAN be taken during our awards ceremonies.

Do you give overalls to all 3 levels?

Yes, we have overalls for each level. Only Advanced level routines are eligible for cash prizes. Novice and Intermediate Level routines are eligible for TTB Cash redeemable at our National Finals.

What should I do if I didn't upload my music?

If you did not take advantage of uploading your music to our registration portal, your music must be turned in on a CD or Flash Drive, labeled with your entry numbers and titles, to our Emcee at the beginning of the competition.
