Hello!  Just a quick note to thank you for a wonderful week of dance in the Poconos. 

We wanted to personally thank you for all that you do for the dancers through the year and at your Nationals Competition/Convention.

Sarah thoroughly enjoyed her Ticket to Broadway experience this year.  Circle of Stars was so great for her.  She was amazed that she was able to dance with the older girls in the show.  She met a lot of really great, nice dancers!  As far as the competition, she was delighted to be in the top three and invited to re-perform her solo at the dance-off.  I must say she still has her eye on the prize and is waiting again to try for first place.  Her competitors were awesome dancers and she was in good company. My oldest daughter and her duo partner were delighted with their competition outcome!  They wouldn’t let go of the trophies (even took them into McDonald’s that evening).  We joked that they were going to sleep with them in their grasp.  Your judging team made their day!!

You and your staff have always been flexible and let my girls have opportunities to grow. Those opportunities have given my children a lot of self-confidence.   You run your business with class and style. Again, thank you so much for your professionalism and your desire to put on a good show.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a great KID FRIENDLY day! As you know we had a few challenges, and you were so wonderful and supportive! Every dancer had a great time!! TTB has always been - and will always be our favorite event! I had a teary eyed mom come up to me and said I can't believe this is our last Ticket to Broadway! (Her daughter is graduating High School this year)

Just wanted to send you a quick thank you for a great job in Rochester. It was our first time attending and I want to commend you on running a nice competition.  Your staff was well dressed, friendly and professional, your awards were appropriate, not too many and the judging was spot on.  I appreciated that the judges comments were consistent throughout and useful, not just "good job thank you".  I am glad that platinums were not the "norm" and that no one earned your perfect platinum award, because in my opinion nothing is ever perfect.   Although we only brought a small portion of our team, I think that we will return with more next year.

I just wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed our week at the Ticket to Broadway Nationals! I know it's a lot of work to organize such an event, and we really appreciate all the effort you put into running the competition and into keeping everybody informed of the various schedules. You, your husband, your daughters, and the rest of your staff were all so helpful every time we had questions or needed help.

I'm sorry we had to rush out of there toward the end of the grand awards ceremony - we had a baby that had reached his limit for the day and was decompensating quickly! We were traveling all together as a group that night to get to our next dance nationals in XXXX - let me tell you, it was not nearly as pleasant and enjoyable as our week in Cape May with TTB.

I hope you get to take a well-deserved break in these next few weeks. We are looking forward to your 2011 season!

My name is Andrea S.  I was unable to attend last Saturday's competition for I had to teach. My studio attended though and I have never done this before, to say Thank you. My students and parents had the best time ever. I teach at XXX School of XXX and have been teaching and doing the competition scene for 18 years. My students on Friday were still beaming!!!!!!!!!!

I have attended every comp under the sun from XXX to XXX, XXX ,XXX, XXX, etc and your comp was the most professionally run, organized and you made my crew really feel special.  Sometimes we get caught up in the competition madness and forget what really matters. Your judges comments were really great and positive but also seeing the things I need too work on and the kids.

I am not trying too get brownie points, I just wanted to send u a shout out on a great job and for such a great experience for my students. Oh yeah the choreography award for Mow Town was nice too (lol).  Hope to cross paths in the future!!!

Karen.....thank you. We had a fantastic time the other weekend. It was a great way to end our competition season. As a studio director, I have to thank you for your professionalism during the whole event. Everyone was very cooperative of our fast changes & very accommodating to our dancers. We had a really bad experience with another competition this year, so what a relief it was to come to you all! If any of the dancers consider finals, I'll let you know. Unfortunately, I work for a company, teaching master classes & judging for 2 weeks out of the summer, so I won't be around for Nationals this year. Perhaps next! We're glad the competition is in April in 2011 & hope to see you next year! Here's hoping you have a nice summer.

Dear Ms. Shapiro, family and staff,

I just wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful time our girls had participating at your Ticket to Broadway competition this past weekend in Akron, Ohio. My daughters, Jessica and Katie Wxxx, are with the XXX xx XXXXX Dance Centre, and they had such a blast! I know the other girls on our dance team feel the same. Jessica was so proud to receive that big Miss Broadway trophy - it went up on her bookcase as soon as we got home that night!

All of us moms were very impressed with the friendliness of your staff and family. They were all so extremely helpful. We had a lot of large props, and it was such a pleasant surprise to have the Ticket to Broadway staff always on hand, offering to help with moving the props on and off the stage. That rarely ever happens - usually we go to competitions, and the girls and moms are left on our own to struggle with the props!

I was also very pleased to see the concerted effort that you made to provide a large enough dressing room space (the gymnasium and the cafeteria) for the dancers. So often, we go to competitions at high schools and end up crammed in a small classroom with one or two other dance teams - never easy when you have 50 girls on a team! Your attention to everybody's comfort is so much appreciated!

We really feel that you all did such a super job running the competition, and you made everybody feel comfortable. We read that this is a family-run organization, and you have certainly done a good job raising your family!
